Hotel is beautiful, all the staff were friendly. The pool is gorgeous, the beds are very comfortable. The location is perfect

Nice view, ok food. The Bean bar is mild expensive but great good bread, buns and drinks the in house restaurant very expensive but just ok on flavor half hen and sides but brings to room faster then you can get ice and a drink ready. The in room chips and drinks are nice. Max clean. Ice and water, soaps and such. Nice bed, computer, tv, phone.... couch.

Place is very nice, sophisticated, great views, amazing staff. valet service is excellent. Food is excellent.

The view is amazing! We love the restaurant, great food and service. Excellent Coffee bar. Wonderful pool for relaxing. Brilliant location to travel to the Niagara Falls by car and stay out of the mainstream.

Gorgeous hotel, great products in washrooms and Nespresso in rooms. Breathtaking view of the lake and beside a lovely walking path. the location is wonderful. It’s in walking distance to so many great restaurants and venues.

The rooms were luxurious but comfortable The bed from mattress, linens to pillows were amazing! The food from their in-room dining restaurant was amazing! It was in a great location on the Burlingron lakeshore.

The rooms were stunning and beds extremely comfy — like sleeping on a cloud. The hotel was so clean and smelled amazing. Pool was beautiful and restaurant, delicious.

Everything was excellent but my favorite part had to be dinner at Isabelle Restaurant! Top notch. The atmosphere, the staff, the food, everything was amazing.
